GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. I tried all day yesterday January 19th to get a hold of someone on there chat option and got nothing. Emailed and got nothing. Ordered socks and paid for 3 day shipping to have them by January 21 (order was placed January 15th) USPS app shows the socks will not be arriving until Saturday January 22. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another company to order socks from.

GBQuick Ship but Okay Quality While the order came quickly the quality just wasn't there for all the products I purchased. Within two washings, two pairs of socks had holes where they are sewn together at the toe.

GBDo Not Order From Sockologie. Horrible customer service. Ordered socks as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Recieved the wrong items. Have been waiting for a month for a replacement. Can't even get the company to get back to me. Horrible customer service. Do Not Order From This Company!

GBResponsive Customer Service Saved the Day Ordered three pairs of socks for delivery to the UK to a very tight schedule. Package was held up in handover from USPS to ParcelForce requiring quick intervention to amend error in address. Prompt action by Sockologie after my email request ensured disaster was averted and the socks were delivered on time.
