GBI order a pair of black hummingbird… I order a pair of black hummingbird socks for ladies about 2 months ago. They were adorable, however after 2 or 3 wears a hole on the toe area appeared and eventually one also on the heel area. I texted CS and stated what had happened. Lili texted me and asked if I would like a replacement. I texted her back and said that would be very thoughtful - to date, I have not received a response or a pair of the socks. Please don’t say you will do something and not back it up - that is not good business practice. Thank you!

GBDo Not Order From Sockologie. Horrible customer service. Ordered socks as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Recieved the wrong items. Have been waiting for a month for a replacement. Can't even get the company to get back to me. Horrible customer service. Do Not Order From This Company!

GBNot what I ordered. I have ordered from others companies before and have been very satisfied. However, I sent a picture in and it was not what I received. VERY disappointed. I was not notified per email about the picture and they hacked half of it out. I will not be reordering because it took a long time for delivery, and the picture was not what I sent in, so it probably would not be in time for Christmas. Watch what companies you order from!

GBResponsive Customer Service Saved the Day Ordered three pairs of socks for delivery to the UK to a very tight schedule. Package was held up in handover from USPS to ParcelForce requiring quick intervention to amend error in address. Prompt action by Sockologie after my email request ensured disaster was averted and the socks were delivered on time.
