Hands down working with Lance Air (specifically Ms. A) has been a wonderful experience. Communication A+, attitude A+, patience A+. I will definitely be buying more glasses from them.

THDo not buy Lance glasses! I have given them every opportunity to prove me wrong, but here goes. Do not purchase from them, they provide poor quality products hiding behind a “French” design banner, super advanced technology, and “crowdfunding” myth. I have sun clips go rusty, glasses break within a week and scratched lenses. They are not to be dealt with.

GBI supported the Lance Air Frame… I supported the Lance Air Frame campaign and received the pair of glasses that I had ordered from them. Later on they offered their supporters a opportunity to purchase additional glasses and accessories. I had ordered a pair of Hausman Clip-on sunshades and a case. It’s been almost a year when I placed that order and have yet to receive either. BEGreat quality, great price, improving service Lance is delivering excellent products with expensive parts at the lowest price in its class on the market. For the quality they offer the pricing should actually be a lot higher, like at least 2x or 3x. To offer such affordable pricing, Lance needs to build quantity and drive down their costs to make a bit of revenue and the necessary margin to stay in business. Yes, in some cases that results in customer service / communication issues. If Lance achieves excellent service without sacrificing quality and without rising prices, they'd be management superstars. For now they do their absolute best, with a few bumps along the way sometimes. Their score of 4.3 on 5 (73% 4- or 5-star) here on Trustpilot is a good indication that overall they manage pretty well.

JPLight, comfortable, beautiful everyday wear I have bad vision which leads to thick heavy lenses (usually I spend $300 USD every 2 years to update my prescription and thin my lenses). I’ve never had comfortable light lenses until Lance. I can focus on my work and trust I don’t have to continuously push up my glasses to adjust it. I usually don’t buy new frames but the Lance ones are beautifully crafted and I’m proud to make it my everyday wear. Seriously my favorite buy and the cost is half of what I usually pay for my glasses! I’m going to definitely get another pair in the future. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
