Very comfortable to do Business with Olympiceyewear (who take the hassle away) Just received our latest order which was in perfect condition.Everything with regard to Olympiceyewear is excellent and the 'back office' of Olympic is very helpful.We are retailers of Readers (this is our only interest) and the only difficulty we experience is your stock levels are very poor with regards to Readers and we're not sure if this is an ongoing problem for Olympic to stock good Reader models or they are not going to stock many Reader models.It would be a good idea if they could e-mail us when they get new ranres of Readers

Good products and service, but declining. Our customers love the products from Olympic Eyewear. Shipping is fast and reliable. However, the number of important products in-stock has declined significantly lately, especially boxed assortments which are convenient for street fairs and inventory "fill-in." Also, convenient accounting documents such as packing slips and online .pdf invoices have not been available in recent months. Unfortunately, the new problems are big enough that we now have new suppliers for what we received regularly from Olympic Eyewear.

DIdn't receive what I ordered exactly I ordered some aviator sunglasses. I specifically chose black frames in the order process. What I was sent was an assortment of frame colors, black, gold and silver. Not enough time to return them before the event where I needed them. So, I made do with what was sent. Would have preferred to received what I ordered or if assorted was the only option, be told that up front.
