Excellent products but poor shipping arrangements I love the choice of sunglasses and the quality and price is good but I am really disappointed with the choice of transport possibilities. We are only given 2 companies and their options and the cost of shipping is unbelievably high, nearly half the cost of my total orders. The last time I opted for the USPS service and paid top dollar thinking I would receive my package just as it says "priority express international". Well I still haven't received it after 9 days... quite frankly, the cost and method of delivery prevents myself and others I know from making more frequent orders from Olympic

Quality service and products I ordered these sunglasses for my initial inventory to launch a new website with. This was my first order with Olympic Eyewear. The product arrived in a timely manner given basic ground shipping. Products are good quality with regard to the price point. One product ordered did not fit well but the lesson learned was to always observe the measurements for each product when ordering.

DIdn't receive what I ordered exactly I ordered some aviator sunglasses. I specifically chose black frames in the order process. What I was sent was an assortment of frame colors, black, gold and silver. Not enough time to return them before the event where I needed them. So, I made do with what was sent. Would have preferred to received what I ordered or if assorted was the only option, be told that up front.

Good quality, bad color description and display. I ordered the cat eye frames model # EYED12001 and on the pictures displayed its two colors gold frame with a black lens, & gold frame and brown lens when they came I was very disappointed to see that the blacks lens have a silver frame which is not pictured on website. I also ordered frame model REW3016 & got majority of the same silver frame w/ blue & purplish lens not all of the assorted colors as it displays on the website. Please list more discription of colors offered because clearly the pictures displayed are not correct.

Responsiveness As ussually there are good and bad sides, i understand that company as OE is must optimize processes and can't always look on all (small, big, home, foregin customers) and treats them all same. Good: - really good responsivnes fast and always to help - really great DG replacement (CG logo looks almost DG) Bad: - UPS is fast but expensive In general all good i hope you'll keep it on. Thanks!
