GBMy order was lost in the mail and they… My order was lost in the mail and they were happy to replace or refund me. The only thing that I didn't agree with is the fees that were still deducted from my refund but I understand why it was deducted though

GBI wasn’t totally satisfied with my… I wasn’t totally satisfied with my order and after explaining my issue, Santa socks sent me another shirt to my specifications! They customer service was really great.
