GBMy confirmation and order updates had… My confirmation and order updates had tummy guy as 3 of the 4 pillows I ordered. When I questioned the order Vivian sent a a detailed order confirmation showing exactly what I ordered. Within minutes my mind was at ease. When I was placing my order I tried to increase the size of the pillows by editing my cart but it seemed the only way to do so was to delete and reenter everything.

NZI ordered the wrong size and the team… I ordered the wrong size and the team happily updated my order at no cost. awesome customer service and response time- can’t recommend enough!

SEFast and very helpful I wanted to add a shirt to my aldready made order. A person answered me in a few hour with a link to PayPal. Very helpful and no problem at all. Now I just have to wait for the shirts to come.

GBYour company is horrible I paid extra… Your company is horrible I paid extra for express delivery and it still took two weeks to get here and then I got the order it was someone else order and it was broken. All I wanted was to get my money back and you guys wouldn’t even do that all you did was ask to remake the order.

GBAwsome customer service … A glitch in the system when ordering and item was mailed to wrong address. I sent an email communicating that I had not received my order and Vivian promptly replied and offered to remake my item and send it to correct address. The customer service is impecable!!!! Highly recommend and will use again!!!!
