I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. Luggage wheels better than original equipment! I bought a pair of wheels to replace the wheels on my TravelPro rolling suitcase. The parts arrived within a week of ordering, were easy to install and work better than the originals. They are quiet, spin freely, are better made and are more cushioning than the original plastic wheels. Overall, a good shopping experience and excellent product.
