Excellent service in every way. I have been a customer of the Stop Over Store for many, many years. I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. New Wheels! We received our replacement wheels for my wife's 26" Travel Pro bag. They fit perfectly. Jeff was such a pleasure to speak with regarding these wheels. Great find! YouTube video with instructions on changing travel pro crew5 wheels and wheels from stop over store saved us a lot of $$$. Luggage repair in manhattan is sooooo expensive. Couldn't have been easier!
