I got the brown right away and then got my husband a few weeks later. I was afraid that it was a mistake and contact the company and they contacted me immediately and told me what was going on and the keep me updated on the jacket. I have never worked with a company that really cared for there customers as much as they did. The best company ever and caring. Would recommend this company for a beautiful leather jacket or anything else that it in the store.
