I especially like the color descriptions and post purchase product care info. Shipping was on time and as expected. Jon Hart products are long lasting and trendy. I purchased 3 Jon Hart backpacks for my teenage daughters again this year. This second purchase was to switch out to new colors. The Jon hart color options make it easy to pick a product fitting your current style. The monogramming options also make it personal.

I have purchase 2 of the clear… I have purchase 2 of the clear backpacks. I for each of my oldest 2 granddaughters. The delivery time on both were very fast! We had some issues with one of the backpacks and customer service was great. They were very quick to resolve all the problems and was custoner service at its best. There will be more purchases from Jon Hart in the future. Love their products and their business ethics.

Customer Service Top Notch I have purchased from Jon Hart before, but this year, purchasing everything online has made things more difficult. I recommend if you have questions about leather colors, stamps/monograms and leather quality to call and speak with someone. Their customer service is excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great thanks to such wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

Fast shipping! I ordered the large backpack. I love that it fits my laptop with the Jon Hart 15” computer case. My order shipped quickly and was delivered to me the next day! I want to suggest, however, that the photos/videos on the website be improved, however. I’ve only been able to order my Jon Hart products online, and it’s difficult to tell how large a product is even with the dimensions listed.
