She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.
