I also wish I had read the reviews… I also wish I had read the reviews first. Awful service. The repeated automatic emails add insult to injury. No idea if my order will be honored before Christmas. Next step: file complaint with CC company. Received a response from Bodega through TrustPilot instructed me to contact nikz@ their site which I did. Again, no response.

Ordered an item on 12/12 I haven’t got… Ordered an item on 12/12 I haven’t got any shipping confirmation yet and it’s been almost 10 days and no update, I tried to reach customer service and through phone, email, Instagram and there own website I couldn’t get any help. DO NOT BUY FROM BODEGA.

No issues for me so far I ordered two items from the online shop, had no issues with it so far. Prices were solid, shipping took about a week for both items which is reasonable. My only concern is how dirty the packages are on the outside. Products were never damaged, but that's just something I like to keep in mind. I see there's a lot of negative reviews for Bodega on this site, maybe I'm just lucky, who knows *knocks on wood*.

Ws charged for membership that I did… Ws charged for membership that I did not register. $4.95 and a charge for $39.95. Complained and promptly got full reimbursement from them. called bank and cancelled debit card, just to be on safe side.

Same issue as others are complaining… Same issue as others are complaining about. Accidentally used an old address and then tried to fix it immediately but they say they can't do anything at all to fix the situation. They told me to reroute the package with UPS, but exactly how am I supposed to get a package rerouted with my UPS account it it's being sent to an old address? You can only reroute the package if it's going to your actual address you have verified with UPS. I'm interested to see what happens once it gets marked undeliverable.
