GBOrdered an item on 12/12 I haven’t got… Ordered an item on 12/12 I haven’t got any shipping confirmation yet and it’s been almost 10 days and no update, I tried to reach customer service and through phone, email, Instagram and there own website I couldn’t get any help. DO NOT BUY FROM BODEGA.

GBWould order from them again In an odd turn of events, I placed two orders separately and received them within Bodega’s fulfillment and shipping time frame. Both items purchased were quick strike (non-returnable/refundable) items that were at a discount. I can’t knock them. Customer service answered my emails within the hour. Spoke with Taylor and they were helpful in providing Bodega fulfillment and shipping timelines after reading these reviews. I ordered 2/5/23 and both items were fulfilled and delivered to me by 2/15/23. I’d order from them again but always know that YMMV based on these reviews. Thanks Bodega.

FRWorst customer experience I ever had Worst customer experience I ever had. - super expensive delivery fees. - takes at least 10 days to send the order. - cancelled half the order. - don’t refund the delivery fees on cancelled items. I tried discussing this matter with the support, they think they’re too cool to be helpful. Life is too short to spend it dealing with Bodega cool kids.

CYThe worst support ever The worst support ever. Trying to solve an important problem with customs - bodega messed up with a freaking declaration of items and mentioned something by a mistake. Getting replies from a bot, clearly. Should be on a visible place on their website "We don't give a f*** on our customers and you will count on yourself with whatever we would mess up".

GBHidden Policies Bodega apparently has a policy only noted in their FAQ that certain items are not returnable. Nowhere in the product description nor anywhere in the checkout process was this noted for this particular item. I don't generally read a website's FAQ when I'm ordering- a basic sales transaction should not require this. False advertising. The sneakers run extremely narrow, a fact I could not have known prior, and would not have ordered them if I was in any way made aware that refunds aren't available. Edit based on response- To be clear, all Bodega's response says is that they informed me of the policy when I attempted to return. At no point was this made clear prior to purchase.
