GBPromise to reimburse unexpected duites and then dissappear on you The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it--pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stymyle is going to do what they promised.

I tried to get in touch with Stylemyle through emails, phone calls, Facebook and Instagram messages, however no response so far back from them. Unfortunately we have limited period of time to return and this delay in response is unacceptable. I will update about final resolution

GBI wrote to customer service requesting… I wrote to customer service requesting an exchange and refund on an item I purchased. I never received a response. That is not a professional way to conduct business. There are many excellent online sites which provide timely service. I will continue to use them and not your site.

GBWrong shoe The shoe I received was the wrong colour (not as pictured) AND the wrong size! Basically, I received something I didn’t order.
