GBGreat experience! I placed my order last Sunday and received my product less than an hour ago (today is Thursday), and it was actually scheduled for yesterday, but something happened to Fedex. The order shipped from Switzerland and there weren't any customs issues or something of the sort. GBPlaced my order on 6/22/23 Placed my order on 6/22/23, it was shipped a few hours later that same day to be delivered overnight the following day. Due to weather issues, shipping got delayed a few days but received my package in 3 days post purchase. Outfit was authentic and perfect. Will definitely purchase from them again. GBWrong shoe The shoe I received was the wrong colour (not as pictured) AND the wrong size! Basically, I received something I didn’t order. (Order number R936750713) After starting the return process and posting here I promptly received my return files. I will update my review once my refund has been issued.

GBI’m giving the benefit of the doubt and… I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and providing 5 stars even though I’m waiting to hear back regarding a requested exchange. I ordered a pair of shoes that came extremely quick and I love them. However, the sizing isn’t perfect even though I ordered based in their published size guide. Sent an email to customer service 2 days ago and waiting for response. If I don’t hear back to get exchange to correct size, I’ll update and degrade my review review to reflect,

GBI wrote to customer service requesting… I wrote to customer service requesting an exchange and refund on an item I purchased. I never received a response. That is not a professional way to conduct business. There are many excellent online sites which provide timely service. I will continue to use them and not your site.
