The return link did not work as a reviewer mentioned but I just went directly to DHL to request return. It's overseas so not like returning here. It did take almost 2 weeks for refund, but again-overseas. I don't understand why the reviewer from CA had to pay $150 in duties. They are included in the sale price. She should check with the carrier company and hopefully got a receipt.

Great experience! I placed my order last Sunday and received my product less than an hour ago (today is Thursday), and it was actually scheduled for yesterday, but something happened to Fedex. The order shipped from Switzerland and there weren't any customs issues or something of the sort. I got a pair of pink Jimmy Choo sneakers for almost half the original price! and they look and fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my purchase, thank you StyleMyle! (:

I tried to get in touch with Stylemyle through emails, phone calls, Facebook and Instagram messages, however no response so far back from them. Unfortunately we have limited period of time to return and this delay in response is unacceptable. I will update about final resolution

Customer service is nonexistent Customer service is nonexistent. Only way to contact is via email and even then, you will not receive responses. Would be nice to have human interaction who can actually take time to understand your needs and not just feel like a customer who has no voice. Once your money has transferred, nothing else matters.

I was so excited to see these on sale I was so excited to see these on sale! However I do not like not having updates when ordering things online. I never got a confirmation or receipt for this purchase. Also it appears to b final sale so they are a bit tight I was hoping to exchange for a larger size but with no way to contact the store it looks like I’m stuck with them.
