I saw some reviews saying that shipping time was bad, all in all (with the issue and everything) it took not over two weeks, which honestly is great if your mind hasnt been rotted by overnight shipping. Highly recommend, overall a quality service.

Extra shipping cost I purchased a few hats Then I received an email saying shipping cost wasn’t included. Neither did my total checkout price reflect the 15% discount for my 1st order. I paid the additional shipping cost . Now just waiting on my hats

It's very frustrating that you have no customer service phone number. I have an embroidery business and would have liked to open a B2B wholesale account with your company to carry your hats but since you suck at communications doesn't look like that's going to happen.
