GBI can't get ahold.of anyone regarding… I can't get ahold.of anyone regarding why shipping is taking so long despite reaching out via email... Which is the only way I can try to contact someone. It's very frustrating that you have no customer service phone number. I have an embroidery business and would have liked to open a B2B wholesale account with your company to carry your hats but since you suck at communications doesn't look like that's going to happen. GBExtra shipping cost I purchased a few hats Then I received an email saying shipping cost wasn’t included. Neither did my total checkout price reflect the 15% discount for my 1st order. I paid the additional shipping cost . Now just waiting on my hats
