I bought flip-flops and I bought flip-flops and when I received them they looked very cheap. I sent an email for a return on the 29th of March and a follow-up. I didn't receive a refund yet 2 weeks later.

However, after weeks of multiple emails and phone calls I have received no communication from them. At this point it is still not resolved.
