It's a great company for now. The company got to pairs of shoes correct. The ones they are sending is swap for the wrong pair so they are doing are great job now until I see if these shoes are the right ones.

A bit of confusion The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that originally they sent me the incorrect tracking number which caused some confusion and anxious moments when the post office advised that my package was delivered to another address. After a prompt reply for AlpineSwiss and the correct tracking number, everything turned out well. Received my package and am happy with the purchase(running shoes). Comfortable and stylish. Will order through them again.

I saw a Sneak offered at $19.99.BUT- I saw a Sneak offered at $19.99. I ordered them. In ordering the final cost was $ 24.99- The order instructions stated the finale cost would be adjusted to $19.99. NO ADJUSTMENT occurred. Then The original AD- was gone.WOW- - I like the item- BUT guess what I don’t like!
