POKIT Bag - Awesome I received a POKIT from KITBRIX a couple of months ago and it is awesome. Moreover, I had a minor quality issue with the velcro. I spoke with KITBRIX and within a few days I had a replacement. The customer service was truly outstanding and I would strongly recommend the company. Cracking kit and exceptional post sales support - what more can you ask for?

Seems great and very practical Bought as a gift, so not used yet. However it looks great, seems really well made and very practical for using as a drop bag or transition bag (it’s not just for triathlons). It’s a good size, and being square can be stacked easily. I like the viewing windows on the ends (for names or activity, depending how you’re using it). The service was also very good: it was despatched and arrived very quickly…I’m just trying to think of a reason why I might need one now 😆

Ordering a second bag … Ordering a second bag in a different colour withe the advertised discount was not straightforward took several attempts to prove to myself discount had been applied. Which is mentioned right at the start and right at the very end but not in between. Could be made clearer sooner.

Unhelpful company The bag looks good. You are unable to carry it as a rucksack as it only comes with 1 strap. I have contacted the company to ask about obtaining 2nd strap, which with a bad that cost you £100 does not seem unreasonable. They came back with the most unhelpful answerof simple: "NO, you need to buy another bag!!" However, wneh my boyfriend contacted them they sold hom a strap. But not without arguing. It is dissapointing that one must go and argue to obtain something, while if you are just a regular customer, all you hear is an unhelpful NO.

Just a pleasure to deal with I called customer service to ask all sorts of questions particularly about sizing - so helpful, personable and went way beyond what you would expect. consequently when my things arrived they were a perfect fit. Everything that I had was really good quality and competitively priced
