Brilliant product. Brilliant customer care. Having been gifted a POKIT bag (which is brilliant for everyday use), I was disappointed when the stitching around the velcro started to come away from the bag - I was enjoying using the bag so much! When I contacted customer care I received outstanding service - respect, honesty, generosity. The bag couldn't be easily repaired so I was quickly sent a replacement (along with a small gift for the inconvenience). Brilliant product. Brilliant customer care.

Kitbrix bags Navigating web site was a breeze,so many different colours to choose from. I watched a short clip on durability bag’s looked like they can take a beating so ordered 2 orange ones. Bags arrived quickly and packaging was spot on no marks or scuffs normally associated with postage. So far bags have been about 6/7 times and no problems with them whatsoever, I will definitely be buying at least 1 more so as to store my dirty kit after a ride Well done Kitbrix you nailed it

Daily gym goer.. struggled to get the right size for a change of clothes and suitable compartment space for wet kit and towels etc. this bag has great options for all those things. the solid base also means you can stand the bag on a changing room floor or bench to access items without laying it flat. solid, good quality, well built and would definitely recommend and I'm sure it would also be great for sports specific needs etc. solid purchase!
