Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

Have been using Hometown for 4 years… Have been using Hometown for 4 years since we moved to NJ. Always good prices, the drivers are always on time for delivery and pickup, they are very friendly and polite too. They never leave a mess in the driveway and are are always careful with placing the dumpsters.
