Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

Very efficient process Very efficient process. Was pleased with that part. I was shopping for a new dumpster company to be competitive with company I typically use for my Construction company. In the end this was the most expensive container I’ve ever had aside from an asbestos container I get gas is high also but a fuel charge was added to. I’ve had overages but these fees seemed excessive
