They gave me a price online of $330 but yet they charged my card $400 415 and I still haven't even got a massage booked! I've reached out to customer service no response I've tried to cancel there's no way to do it online there's no customer contact number there's no way to talk to a live person BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM When I try to file a complaint they ask for a booking number and I never received one!

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

I had Kiiara from Charlotte North… I had Kiiara from Charlotte North Carolina I have never in my life had a better massage. I am a survivor of a major car accident and I am a congestive heart failure patient so to help me get relaxation is difficult and if I happen to fall asleep on you that is a compliment, she had me asleep and the first 30 minutes out of a 90 minute massage, but kept quietly speaking with me to make sure that I was pleased with her process. She worked through therapeutic stretching tension release fluid release I could not have asked for more compassionate therapist, she was slow and methodical and many therapist go way too fast, going slow and taking time to understand the body and being intuitive is very important and she was all of this , best experience ever !

The booking page says, "You will not be charged yet" - You enter your card information and then it charges you.. Like what kind of business is this place running. Even then, you are automatically set up with a person without having the opportunity to choose, read reviews of the person, read a bio of the person? Whoever created this app, has poor business mindset. Poor service, do not trust.
