Regarding the service, once you buy the plan - you can access memd and "doctor please" services for free and meet doctors over video calls - you get discounts on prescriptions and refills using the code provided by inf - you can visit really good hospitals such as stanford, el camino at negotiated prices. Absolutely no brainer to go with inf and have a good peace of mind with this service.

I still have not received any. I tried emailing them multiple time no response. I contacted them, they created ticket on behalf of me but never provided any update.

Called BMI and they helped to book appointment for testing. After couple of days , we went to ER because he wasn't feeling well. Again INF/BMI helped. All this time, we never paid anything. All claims and appointment taken care by insurance directly. I would definitely recommend INF (BMI VIP plan).
