With this hectic travel schedule comes responsibilities, specially for my wife's parents. Responsibilties that deal with medical coverage. INF saved me not only time, but claims money too! finally... a REAL COMPANY! i had very disheartened with my experience using another insurance last time my parents came. Was recommended from a friend at work to look at INF. I really like their service- they always answer the chat, phone calls up to 11:30 pm, emails- the even gave their whatsapp so my parents can call during flight. top notch service- i recommed all the way...

Travelling down to San Antonio to visit… Travelling down to San Antonio to visit my daughter. After hearing the cost of childbirth, I didn't want to take the risk of not visiting without insurance. I have a Canadian annual travel plan- but I recently had a heart issue which they say wouldn't be covered. I found INF through google and they offered me the only plan which does not exclude any heart condition. I had the peace of mind where I could finally travel.

Good product, Tough to Contact Staff Sometimes Good product, but sometimes tough to get in contact with staff. I enrolled in the INF Premier plan for my mom since she has some thyroid issues. However, I suppose i needed the accident cover. Mom burned herself cooking dinner for us, and I had to take her to emergency room. Since it was holiday weekend, I had trouble getting in touch with anyone at the office. Its was OK though- bills were submitted and paid, and they did call me on the day they were opened. Overall, the insurance did what it was supposed to so i guess i am happy.

Very good and approachable customer… Very good and approachable customer service. Website/ online portal is pretty good too in terms of a wide variety of plan to suit everyone’s need. I personally liked the fact the after narrowing down my options to two plans, I could call customer support and discuss both plans to be able decide on one.
