CRASHING on Iphone 13 pro max; Alerts horrible 1) the mobile app for IOS is not reliable. It freezes up and you never know when it kicks in again. Yesterday it stopped working both on desktop and mobile for 7 min with normal internet connection. 2) The alerts are very poor and options limited. The sound notifications on Iphones - terrible ! you can't manage sounds from iphone settings, no music, just short stupid sounds from the late 90ties. 3) There is no option to send alerts via telegram. 4) The charts are very hard to sync between desktop and a mobile ph. 5) when you zoom in and out you need to fix everything and it takes time. 6) for the same subscription cost, clients from Dubai can place orders on Bybit via tradingview, but it's not possible if you are in the EU or US.

Account deletion difficult Account deletion difficult. You will be forced to enter a new password (and more) in order to delete the account. I don't like being bullied by companies.

Horrible customer service. Horrible customer service. Tried to open up a support ticket, Received 'Error, report could not be send due to a server error' Refreshed page a coulple of times. Tried another browser No possible way to open up a support ticket. I made a screenshot of the error and my question and send it by mail. The answer on the email was: "We don't provide support via email. Please open a support ticket from the website." Great job t.v. !

Plan coercion due to naming Been premium client for 5 years. Got coerced into professional plans recently because my account has "management" in the name. No alternatives proposed by support, can't rename my account either. Meanwhile my subscription was paid until 2025 and I can't even access a simple candlestick chart or get a partial refund. I guess thats it. EDIT: Upped rate from 1 to 2, but still terrible experience overall. After a lot of haggling I got a partial refund for the time I had left.

The service I signed up for is not this one… The service I signed up for is not this one. What I got here surprised me. I can’t get into my premium account. Passwords are not accepted on this website. I tried changing my password, and after entering the new one, I was given a new, free account with same email address that u my nickname rather than my first name. I still have charges associated with cancelled paid account. I’m going to return to Automatron Investment where I get paid every week and don’t need to ask for support.
