GBSalvation shop in Burbage Salvation shop in Burbage: clothes far too expensive for a charity shop. One staff in particular gets very funny when you return an item of clothing what can you do when thete are no changing rooms. This makes me feel very uncomfortable & guilty. I won't be going there again.

GBONE by my count The Salvation Army provides lunch every day for as many people who that show up in a very clean well run facility. I don't know how many branches are in the vine but they manage many charitable services locally as well. They foster volunteers & convicts required to do commuity service with excellence. It is a fine organization run by the best people helping as many other people as they can.

GBAbsolutely appalling attitude Absolutely appalling attitude. Firstly the home collection was booked for the afternoon. The driver called at 10am and decided to come earlier and gave us 10 minutes notice. Upon arrival the items were in pristine condition and the staff members were rude and decided not to take any items and said to the other staff member “ we’re not having much luck today”. You should be quite honoured anyone even bothers to donate any items. I suggest to anyone don’t bother as they’re clearly rude.

GBRUDE Absolutely resent being told my sofa was grubby on the arms when it could have been sold over and over again but decided to give to a good cause, it was in excellent condition you need to give these obnoxious young lads customer training. It just felt he was doing me a favour and not me trying to help you raise money for charity. Used other charities before that were very appreciative. Sorry SA never again.
