Rendered donation useless. We had a name brand mattress to donate… We had a name brand mattress to donate that was only eight months old and taken very well care of that cost us $1500.00. This mattress looked brand new, We even covered and put something under it to store it until Salvation Army could come pick it up. When they picked it up they threw it in the back of the truck and Slid it to the front. When they lifted it up , it was completely black and unusable. My wife wound up in tears. This completely changed my view of the salvation army. We will find another way to donate.

RUDE Absolutely resent being told my sofa was grubby on the arms when it could have been sold over and over again but decided to give to a good cause, it was in excellent condition you need to give these obnoxious young lads customer training. It just felt he was doing me a favour and not me trying to help you raise money for charity. Used other charities before that were very appreciative. Sorry SA never again.

Whitehaven shop Whitehaven shop, while purchasing items at the till , a ‘lady’ accused my wife and 10 year old daughter of shop lifting and asked to look in their bags. When proven innocent the member of staff offered no explanation or apology. In fact she was very rude to them. Why is it that these people who want to appear outwardly Christian cannot grasp the fundamentals of being Christian . I am disgusted.

The Salvation Army are the very best at… The Salvation Army are the very best at everything . I have learnt so much from their compassion and understanding . We can all learn from the Salvation Army. I volunteer for the several drop ins and homelessness .Without exception every homeless person I speak too says the Salvation Army are the kindest and the best.5 stars are not enough

Wasting people’s time for collection.Don’t call them Wasting people’s time for collection. Numbers of funny rolls, expecting things that mostly unable in sydney, such as providing parking for big truck. drive way is not good for stopping,they do not using side ally . Items must be dismantled …....at collection day without informing by causing parking space cancelling! They may living in moon or villages and don’t have any idea about sydney. What a time waster.
