GBFirst of all I got charged a shipping… First of all I got charged a shipping fee after the whole big shabang of free shipping free shipping which is not that big of a deal but not once not twice three times after that I'm getting $4.99 charge for 99 charge etc I gave my credit card number against my better judgment so I could get antibiotics for my cat I told them and I'm telling everybody who's reading this

GBAvoid buying from PetMeds if at all… Avoid buying from PetMeds if at all possible... I HIGHLY recommend sticking with Chewy and more reliable pet supply companies. I ordered my dog's prescription food 11 days ago and it still has not shipped. The chat function on their website is useless. I have now had multiple agents tell me that they "will have someone from our order specialist dept to contact the vendor to see what is going on with the order and tracking." The agent continued to say, "I do know it does take 2 to 3 business days for the vendor to ship out the order." When you order with Chewy you receive your item at your door 2-3 days after you order it.

GBPets health at risk due to poor service. I’d give a lower review if possible I’d give a lower review if possible. Do yourself a favor don’t order from this company. Customer service is poor. Shipments are late. Quick to hangup and not listen on calls to confirm orders. Customer service works remotely and there are small children in background. Customer service makes mistakes regularly and puts pets health at risk. Use another company for your pets health. Purina is not a good brand for dogs or cats, yet it’s promoted and pushed via pet meds. Horrible customer service. Mistakes constantly. Long hold times. Don’t use this company.

GBI’m a long time customer but no longer I’m a long time customer but no longer. Placed an order today for refills for my pet’s routine meds. Next thing I know, I’m enrolled & being contacted by a 3rd party entity called Vetster because of Petmeds sharing my information.

GBCustomer service chat disconnected my chat .08 seconds later when I needed pet meds I'm a new customer who contacted customer service to ask a question about ordering because I needed immortal meds for my aging pet. The rep gave me a short answer to my question, then asked if there was anything else she could do for me or if she answered my question, but then she IMMEDIATELY disconnected the chat literally .08 seconds later. Not 1 second, not .1 second, *.08 seconds* later. I am truly disappointed with this service. I have the screenshots.
