GBI have no idea who these people are but… I have no idea who these people are but somehow they have my credit card number and are charging my card for services I never ordered. Now they want more information about my review, I don't know what else to say. I never opened an account with them and will never do business with them. Yet they continue to charge my credit card through a bogus Paypal account. This is an obvious case of fraud that they couldn't care less about.

GBCancelled subscription still got billed no refund frm WP Cancelled subscription, got email from them acknowledging cancellation. They continued to then bill my Amex card. I did not notice for many months. Contacted Worthpoint, they said too bad they would not refund as it had been over 90 days. After contacting Amex and sending proof of cancellation, Amex only partially refunded some months. Many would call that fraud!

GBFalse advertising False advertising. I’m glad I have enough sense to research a company before agreeing to a free trial in which I need to put sensitive information online. Right under their pricing guide it says “buy and sell with confidence.” After looking online for a vintage toy for my daughter I stumbled upon it here, I was about to try it free and after reading the companies very own response to a review you CANNOT buy and sell on their web/app. Very misleading while trying to decipher payment terms. Why even have these pop up and make it look as if they’re available for purchase unless it’s a scam to unwittingly take peoples money through ACH every month, I mean how often do people remember to cancel. And how often do people need to price stuff. So annoying.

GBNo customer service No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.

GBCould only see 7 prices a month Could only see 7 prices a month, total waste of money I cancelled and asked for my account to be deleted since there seems to be no way of doing it. Endless spam emails from them as well, despite opting out. Their site is also like a time warp its like something from the stone age. Imagine charging $200 per year and not investing any of that into making your site look like it's from this decade.
