GBHave been selling on eBay for over 20… Have been selling on eBay for over 20 years--at times while researching an item, in effort to establish a realistic worth, I end up at Worthpoint. Having submitted in excess of 80,000 photographs for my 20 year user ids on eBay, not unusual for me to see a photo of an item which I had posted years ago. What allows Worthpoint to sell my photos ?

GBI am trying to cancel my subscription I am trying to cancel my subscription, the free trial is a scam, you are supposed to get 7 looks at an item. Under subscription there is NO cancellation option. No one is responding to my emails.

GBlegitimate, but their free 7x7 is fake Their website is legitimate & you can see past sale prices on art with descriptions just as advertised, but their 7 day or 7 views being free isn't real. As soon as you pay for the subscription they charge you, which I get b/c your accessing their database, which isn't free. If you want to see past sale prices you must pay for the $47 full access subscription & not the $28 subscription. They wouldn't get bad reviews if they just allowed you to pay a one time fee for the item you want to see.

GBWorthpoint's New App Version is Terrible Worthpoint, after their new version of the app rolled out, is basically worthless. The new app is horrible. Doesn't work with biometrics, login doesn't work right half the time, which leads to Worthpoint "locking" your account, which you can only get unlocked by contacting them during business hours. App logs you out (times out) faster than any of my banking or brokerage apps. I've been a customer for almost 15 years.

GBNo customer service No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.
