poor response times poor response times, data not being pulled consistantly, errors out too often, last "update" now it does not pick up concessions. This program is now too expensive for this type of experience.

Data Master is great, but... Data Master is great, but...! The key is, it saves you time and helps to create accuracy. The only issue I've had is the 1004MC. The good news is that at some point it won't be required by lenders, but I do NOT want to see it disappear in Data Master as it's valuable for determining some adjustments like time and differences in neighborhood values (Location adjustments). Depending on the settings, it can give conflicting results in the "listing" results when compared with other 1004MC programs like ARMLS.

I have made four calls to Data Master… I have made four calls to Data Master about a problem in the past year, and each time I explain that I never get a return call, I am told YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY HERE BACK FROM ME (whoever answers the call) TODAY But I never do, and the problem still exists. Rental data does not all transfer like it used to !!!

It saves me so much time It saves me so much time. Occasionally it will download data that is incorrect into the market conditions form, such as saying there are 4 competing listings, when there are 3, and I have only checked 3 for export. That is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. Excellent customer service.
