GBData master has been a life saver Data master has been a life saver. Cut a full 2 hours off of my report completion process. I say to all Appraisers out there, you have to get data master. If you already use some other data entry service, just try data master, their prices are unbeatable from my experience and will really help you. Their customer service is also stellar!

GBWould be higher Would be higher, but Dallas didn't get the updates that we saw demo'd last year at the North Texas Chapter Appraisal Institute conference. It showed a lot more features that had been or were about to be rolled out in other cities.

GBDatamaster was the perfect product for… Datamaster was the perfect product for me. WAS. They rolled out a new platform and the new platform is awful. It is an awkward interface. It makes numerous errors like entering "BusyRd" for a comparable that is in the middle of a platted subdivision. That is just an example. There are many more. The old platform was simple and accurate. The new platform is a failure. Awkward interface, inflexible and makes many mistakes. I am going to try Spark or Anow software. If you are using the original DataMaster platform I envy you. But beware, the new platform will be coming for you soon. Signed, computer savvy guy

GBDataMaster is a huge time saver for me DataMaster is a huge time saver for me. It cuts down about an hour on the time required to type up an appraisal. Since it transfers the data of the subject property and each comparable sale as it appears in the MLS and/or the county tax records, it eliminates the chance for typos/errors in data transfer which can often happen when typing everything by hand. Signing up for DataMaster four years ago was one of the smartest things I did for myself and my appraisal work. It has more than paid for itself and I don't think I could go back to doing it the "old" way again.
