GBExcellent Product and Customer Service Purchased a $1500 diamond bezel from them and it was gorgeous. Retail stores were asking upwards of $4000. Great product, fast shipping and awesome communications. Had replies within 30minutes during business hours. Checked out there ebay store too and they have over 30,000+ positive feedback. So they are reputable, must of been just one of those customers "wes". Companies do make mistakes.
