GBTerrific Customer Service Have made 5-6 purchases over the years with them and every experience has been flawless. A couple of items have needed to be exchanged due to some issues, and each time they promptly responded to my email and remediated the issue by sending me replacements. One of the issues included the color of an insert being different from what was pictured on their website. They quickly offered to send me a different insert at no cost and told me not to worry about sending the original one back to them. Says a lot about a company when something goes wrong and they take care of you. I'll continue to return to Ewatchparts.

GBSpeedmaster Mk40 Spring Bars Ordered spring bars for an Omega 3520.53 and 3520.50. Unfortunately the watch takes a 18mm length spring bar with a somewhat special thickness, different from other Speedmasters. The first set sent was the wrong thickness. The seller was very helpful. They promptly sent the correct bars but miscommunication with the shipping department resulted in them sending only one set. They then sent 20mm bars instead of 18mm bars. The seller's communication was great throughout the process although the shipping department seemed to have trouble sending the correct part sometimes. Eventually the seller resolved the issue and allowed me to keep all the incorrect bars as well. Overall it was a good experience since I wasn't in a big hurry.

GBGreat Products and Responsiveness The folks at Ewatchparts were very responsive as I was searching for a bracelet for my grandfather’s vintage Seiko (a unique military version from the late 60s). Pricing was fair, shipping was prompt and arrived on time, and the bracelet was a perfect match to the case as well as the vintage clasp. Great experience with these folks!

ESIncompetent shipping, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service *Update since posting this review they have replied blaming me for putting my wrong address. The arrogance and rudeness is unbelievable. I put the correct address if they bothered to check the original invoice they will see my unit number which THEY excluded from the shipping address. Outrageous customer service. Also they stated again shipping takes up to 45 days even though I’ve repeatedly stated it was way over that time BECAUSE they messed up the address. Incompetent shipping, item took 2 months to arrive. Why? Because they didn't enter my full address on the shipping manifest which I provided when I ordered. Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When I contacted them after 50+ days of waiting they said "due to covid many packages are delayed so allow upto the full 45 days" I clearly stated I had waited 50+ days and in 2024 it's ridiculous they are still blaming covid for delays. In the end after 2 months of waiting my local postal company reached out to say the address they put down was incomplete. The item is correct but unforgivable mistake with the address and generic reply to my follow up email.
