GBThe Experience of LuLu Publishing First off, you provide a service that enables many who would never have a chance to see their work come to fruition. And you do so with updated, proactive technology that would not be in each for many. When outreaching for feedback, your customer service is prompt, proficient, and informative. It is great to know that there is a network of people to address every need a writer may have. Thank you for your services

ESPoor customer service to EU A terrible company that although their customer service replies quickly to the emails, they never offer a solution. I do not recommend this company if buying from the European Union. They do not offer the service that you hire and pay and then, they try to make you pay extra fees appart from the customs. Definitely, not a company to trust.

CAGlobal distribution concerns There is nothing to say about the printing. I ordered a lot of books, they were all perfectly printed. My big concern is they policy about prices and global distribution. We have to buy very expensive sample proof copies before they be approved for global distribution. After having made the full payment, every single time something went wrong. Once it is because you did not put the author's name in the cover, and other time is because of the trimm size or because you did not put the ISBN# in the copyright page and so on... I already spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. I am thinking seriously to close my account.

GBIt’s a brilliant process, but you pay for it! It’s a brilliant process to make a book, using LULU. So much easier than the old ways. Only downside is new pricing. It’s harder to make profit on an exceptional product. It’s not cheap. You do send out coupons, but you don’t give time to use them; it takes time to proof read and make corrections. A coupon laying a month would make more sense and be much more useful.
