After signing up and creating account… After signing up and creating account with a promise of a 15% coupon....never received. Was on the phone probably for 30 minutes no one could help. I believe this is trickery for this company. Also called 1st phone number advertised on web site to explain my problem well they could not help so he gave me another number to call for someone to help figure out what was wrong. Let me be clear I received link for a 15% coupon but NO WHERE on checkout was there a place to apply a COUPON. TRICKERY!!!!! DISHONEST COMPANY

AUTHORS AVOID THIS SCAM. Easy enough to use, but distribution takes weeks. Frustrating after using Amazon KDP. UPDATED. After several weeks and having paid a fee for distribution on two books, I found they had been rejected for distribution. I was given no clear reason for rejection, just a list of possibile reasons. They took my money then didn't the service. It should be noted both titles went through Amazon without issue. I used the same manuscript on both sites. LULU IS A SCAM, they take you money but don't deliver. AVOID THEM.

Lulu is very easy to use Lulu is very easy to use, all the information you need to create is provided for you free. And the turn around time on orders is really fast for an order-to-print service. I don't have to worry about inventory not moving, I set the price I want, and the pay arrangement is equitable.

Lulu printing is fantastic Lulu printing is fantastic. My 390 page book with photos on every page came out beautifully, even better than I had hoped. And they were quick printing and sending it to me too. The quality of the book has been much admired by readers. I highly recommend Lulu.

Poor customer service to EU A terrible company that although their customer service replies quickly to the emails, they never offer a solution. I do not recommend this company if buying from the European Union. They do not offer the service that you hire and pay and then, they try to make you pay extra fees appart from the customs. Definitely, not a company to trust.
