out of area fee high It was my error. I wanted a larger dumpster and I should have ask how much extra you were charging for Portland. I needed a dumpster that was twice the one I ordered. My error. On a plus they were prompt on delivery and pick-up. If you live in Nashville it is a great buy out of area.. extra fee is a little high.

Prompt and responsive Griffin did exactly what they said they would do--it's that simple. In the construction business, that is invaluable. The container showed up on time, the driver was courteous and communication was clear. We got the container we asked for and it was placed where we wanted it. Based on my experience, I would not only work with Griffin again--I would recommend them to others.

Flawless service from beginning to end. Everything with Griffin was better than I had expected. Ordering, scheduling and paying with Dee was a pleasure. She was very polite and professional. The drop off and pick up drivers were both on time and easy to talk with about exact drop spot and negotiating a crowded driveway for pick up. Definitely will be using this company again. Dumpster Rental Called to rent a dumpster on Monday at 0700 and it was delivered within two hours. Given tight time constraint, I did not check pricing so cannot offer an opinion there. Dumpster was picked up as scheduled. Good customer service as I had hoped.

No muss, no fuss. They dropped my dumpster off today. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend this company! Edit: They picked the dumpster up today. Same polite guy who dropped it off, picked it up. The entire process was simple and convenient. I will be using them again and will recommend them faithfully.
