These folks are wonderful to work with!!! I didn't have any idea where to get a dumpster but found these folks online and called. They were SO nice on the phone and set me up right away. The guy who brought the dumpster was very careful about putting it exactly where I wanted and was awesome. When we got to our new house and began remodeling, we realized we would need another one and automatically called these folks to bring it to us. Once again, super nice on the phone and super efficient bringing out the new one and putting it exactly where we needed it.

Flawless service from beginning to end. Everything with Griffin was better than I had expected. Ordering, scheduling and paying with Dee was a pleasure. She was very polite and professional. The drop off and pick up drivers were both on time and easy to talk with about exact drop spot and negotiating a crowded driveway for pick up. Definitely will be using this company again. Prompt and responsive Griffin did exactly what they said they would do--it's that simple. In the construction business, that is invaluable. The container showed up on time, the driver was courteous and communication was clear. We got the container we asked for and it was placed where we wanted it. Based on my experience, I would not only work with Griffin again--I would recommend them to others.

out of area fee high It was my error. I wanted a larger dumpster and I should have ask how much extra you were charging for Portland. I needed a dumpster that was twice the one I ordered. My error. On a plus they were prompt on delivery and pick-up. If you live in Nashville it is a great buy out of area.. extra fee is a little high.
