Honest and Professional Dealing with Griffin Waste Services was a breeze compared to other services in the area. I attempted to deal with other dumpster companies to compare pricing and they either didn't answer the phone, cost too much or just plain rude. Griffin's customer service was professional and easy to deal with. Everything from start to finish was great and cost about $50-$75 less that their competitors.

Quick and easy I called them Wednesday evening, ordered container to be delivered 7:30 and picket up at 12:00. It was delivered 7:27, they called 11:30 and ask whether I need some extra time or it ready for pickup and picked it up at 11:53. Very quick service. Container arrived clean and neat.

Exactly what we needed This is a great niche service-we needed a smaller dumpster for the week at a reasonable price, and exactly that was delivered. Dee set very clear customer expectations so we knew what we were getting, and everything happened exactly when and how they described, with a good attitude. What more can you ask for?

Great fast service Called AM and asked for next day delivery of dumpster. They even do same day which is great. Nice people to deal with and a fair price. My experience with the delivery and pick up drivers was excellent. Another factor for using Griffin waste is they use medium sized trucks that do not break up drives that are not able to accommodate the huge trucks that other companies use. Overall great experience and if I ever need another dumpster I will use Griffin again without hesitation.
