The process is simple as long as you have the needed information abs their team works fast to respond to what is needed/pending.

I am happy to be able to reconsolidate BUT… I am happy to be able to reconsolidate my loans BUT i had to do the application process 4 times over the phone before LendKey was able to get it right. the information transfer between them and credible was awful. Even after talking with them on the phone they still submitted the wrong loan and i had to get it redacted just for them to submit the same loan again. what should have been a month long process took almost 3.

I've refinanced twice with Lendkey I've refinanced twice with Lendkey, and been using them for over 7 years. I've rarely needed customer service but every time I have you dial the number and start chatting with a person who can help you. No menu dial, although I think they only recently changed that but its only a short menu, then a human. The staff has always been very helpful, kind and knowledgable. Simple application process and someone will always answer any questions. I recommend to everyone I know who needs a good lender. Each time I've refinanced I have had very different needs and I have always had a range of options available to suit my needs.
