Great rates, great service Lendkey offered a lower rate through a co-sign option, with the ability to release co-signer after 12 months of on-time payments. The co-signer wasn’t an option with my previous servicer. They also gave me 0.25% off for autopay. Every time I’ve interacted with them they’ve given exceptional service. Thank you!

Best decision ever Real easy to switch over. FANTASTIC rates as opposed to Sallie Mae. Reconciliation is the greatest thing to do for a bulk of different loans with horrible interest rates. The process is simple as long as you have the needed information abs their team works fast to respond to what is needed/pending.

Mid-Informed about co-signer being removed from the loan. December of 2022 I called customer service and asked when I could get the cosignor/myself off the loan. I was informed of 12 consecutive payments. Here we are in January 2024,now they're stating I have to make 24 consecutive payments. They can't a supervisor on the phone fast enough!! NEVER AGAIN#FACTS
