Bad communication / organization I think the agency should have been more infinitive and explain better what involves the extension for the AuPair. If there is a fee how much , type of visa for the AuPair , if there is any limitations etc etc etc … not making us sign something with a ton of pages without any explanation at all. I didn’t like the fact agency look for the cheapest fly for the AuPair to arrive to their final destination .. they made my AuPair staid at like 3 or 4 am on her connection to her final destination … with all the money the AuPair agency receive at least buy a decent fly for the AuPair at a decent time !! The AuPair meetings should be during the weekends !! Not in a daily basis !!

The agency’s team members are attentive and helpful during the entire process from interviewing, arrival, and throughout the au pairs duration of stay. I am so happy that I found this agency. Being able to leave for work knowing my children are being well taken care of in their own home is priceless. Having an au pair has changed the lives of our family!
