Bad communication / organization I think the agency should have been more infinitive and explain better what involves the extension for the AuPair. If there is a fee how much , type of visa for the AuPair , if there is any limitations etc etc etc … not making us sign something with a ton of pages without any explanation at all. I didn’t like the fact agency look for the cheapest fly for the AuPair to arrive to their final destination .. they made my AuPair staid at like 3 or 4 am on her connection to her final destination … with all the money the AuPair agency receive at least buy a decent fly for the AuPair at a decent time !! The AuPair meetings should be during the weekends !! Not in a daily basis !!
