GBGreat experience Great experience - i called to get assistance matching the correct part. Very nice and knowledgable staffing. Even after the sale, they walked my maintenance guy through, resetting the remotes, to work with the new board. Companies are getting away from assisting after the sale and moving support to - somewhere other than here. Not these guys. A+ score.

The company provided great customer service, excellent communication, knowledgeable staff, and fast shipping. I talked to several representatives, each one provided excellent customer service and returned calls quickly. The staff was also knowledgeable about the products and helped us get an upgraded part to fix the gate for the long term. The representative called when I ordered a wrong part to help get it corrected and sent video of the part to confirm it was correct. The parts we ordered were less than $50 for both but we were treated as if we were spending thousands of dollars.
