I received my power adapter today, my initial order was placed on 29 November, so receiving it on 8 December was entirely reasonable. I did not see it near my front door as it was a very small package. I called Affordable Openers and spoke with Patrick, he told me that UPS had delivered it today, and said he would email me the UPS tracking number, which he did. Sometime later this afternoon, I found the package and called Affordable Openers and let the young lady I spoke with know that I had received my power adapter, she said she would let Patrick know.
