I ordered a case of Starbucks coffee… I ordered a case of Starbucks coffee from them and they were not able to ship as it was out of stock. They said they gave me a rebate but I cannot find it anywhere. I have left them two voice mail messages to contract me and let me know where my rebate is--almost $67.00, and have heard nothing. These guys suck. Please do not buy from them.

Very Positive Honestly I was skeptical as I had not seen or heard of Bigbigmart before, but overall I was very satisfied. The price on the Milwaukee chainsaw+blower kit was better then everywhere else. I only received an email acknowledging the order but not that it was sent, but it was delivered nonetheless (then the emails came.) It was suppose to come with an extra chain. I sent an email and they called me, then subsequently sent the chain. They called again the day the missing chain was delieverd to follow up. Overall, I was very pleased.

There was a small mishap regarding the item ordered but customer service was exceedingly helpful and the correction was promptly made.
