Small glitch! There was a small glitch with my invoice which the company addressed to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. I will order from this company again. Their prices are very competitive.

Ordered 1 week ago. UPDATE: Item arrived, as described. New invoice sent by BigBigMart and DiscountToday, was happy to pay in full. They credited me 100% for the 1st invoice... given the supplier delays. I paid NEW invoice as originally ordered... ***** Ordered 1 week ago. No word... no confirmation that anything is happening.

Floor Lamp I purchased a floor lamp that worked one day and not the next. I immediately contacted the company and received a timely response. They were so willing to find out what the problem was and soon sent me a new lamp. Once the new lamp was received they again followed up with me to make sure that it worked and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Excellent customer service! Will definately shop here again!
