Ordered 1 week ago. UPDATE: Item arrived, as described. New invoice sent by BigBigMart and DiscountToday, was happy to pay in full. They credited me 100% for the 1st invoice... given the supplier delays. I paid NEW invoice as originally ordered... ***** Ordered 1 week ago. No word... no confirmation that anything is happening.

Bigbigmart is a very dependable… Bigbigmart is a very dependable company. They get the product to me ASAP. They could be a little more competitive on price. As an example I used to buy an 8 pack of the same espresso for about $40

There was a small mishap regarding the item ordered but customer service was exceedingly helpful and the correction was promptly made. As someone who owns a business, what matters is not the problems but how they are handled. Very pleased and will shop here in the future. Thank you to the customer service agents!

I bought an AC from this website and I got an email a week later that I was being refunded because of the manufacturer was going to delayed in delivering the AC unit. I never got my refund and it's been over a month. Called multiple times and never got an answer to my voicemails or an answer in general. Emailed multiple times. Messaged them through their website and refund form. NO ANSWER. Got scammed out of $150. Utterly disappointing and disheartening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
