Work with this company. I worked with Matthew and Colby and they were both very profession and easy to talk to. Matthew listened to my requests, provided suggestions, and did not pressure me. Matthew treated me with respect. He acknowledged that this situation is difficult and didn’t ignore the sadness that I’m experiencing. They made me feel comfortable. I know my loved one is happy I ordered through a respectful company

I had no problem with the product or… I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

…Great Experience During A Sad Time By chance I had the opportunity to speak directly with the owner of the company. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth meaning. Although he did not personally know me it was as though I was talking to a good friend. That is the kind of experience that I wish everyone could reciprocate with each other.
