GBI had no problem with the product or… I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

GBI couldn't imagine searching Google… I couldn't imagine searching Google about a casket after the death of my mother. But that's what my son suggested. I got an amazing, kind, professional company who delivered just the casket I was looking for. We also received a follow up phone call from Matthew to confirm all was well. You have my complete gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

GBOn March 22nd On March 22nd, Matthew from Skycasket called me, apologized for the overcharge and sent me a text stating the same. He stated that he would refund me the overcharge but only after I removed the negative review. I asked him for the refund. But he said only after I remove the negative review and I told him no again. Then he asked me to trust him to do what he said. The company replied to my review that same day and lied. I never said that I would write a negative review EVERYDAY. I know that I signed a document for the purchase of my sister's casket but he said just initial in these spots and I will take care of everything. Never in a million years would I have thought that a company in their profession of dealing with grieving families would overcharge for a casket and not correct their mistake. If Matthew was so concerned about making this issue right, he would not have had strings attached like me taking down the negative review before refunding the overcharge. I have asked several times for a sales receipt for this purchase and to this day, I have not received it.
